years ago I was contemplating bankruptcy."
It was Late
Sept. 2000 when Laura (my wife) was on our way to her Bridal trade
show in Las Vegas. We arrived early at Orange Co. Airport and while
waiting for the plane strolled into the newsstand. I was drawn to
your book and Laura instantly bought it for me. Needless to say,
I loved it!
We both put
a new and bigger house/work area on our list,... with no stress
or financial hardships connected.
At this time
we were renting in Costa Mesa and were running out of space due
to the success of our internet mail-order Bridal business. Laura
then started looking in the paper for a property in Gavilan Hills
that was considered "horse property". -2 acres, 20 min.
outside of Riverside.
I contacted
a Real Estate agent in that area and he took us to several homes
to look at. The last one he showed us was the exact home that Laura
had seen before on our first visit and wanted, but of course she
thought that would be way out of our range.
When I walked
Laura up the hill to the barn area, I asked her if this was the
place she always dreamed about and she started to cry.
Escrow went
through with out a hitch and closed Dec. 17. ----about 3 mos. after
first reading your book. By the way, Laura's father made us a present
of turning the 3 1/2 car garage into a large office with storage
facility (which was also on our lists). I am still amazed at how
smoothly everything went.
We have what
is termed as an "Executive Ranch". This would cost approx.
1 1/2 million in Orange Co. ---probably more if you could even find
it.
I give a lot
of credit to your book because you actually give step-by-step procedures
for putting into practice Universal Laws. I still go back and re-read
your instructions. I have gotten tremendous results from writing
the "letters" as well.
