I’ve been in the industry of personal development for over 15 years. I co-wrote and published my first book at 26 and I have never had any other career than this. I am a spiritual teacher. I believe I am here to inspire as many people as possible into their Highest Good. I feel that we are transitioning into the next stage of human evolution. And I LOVE it!
It amazes and inspires me how
many folks I work with are coming into fuller expressions of themselves. My first spiritual teacher, Marilyn used to say “I teach teachers!” And I have to agree with her. I teach teachers too.
As people see their lives improve with spiritual work, they want to share that with others. They are being drawn to coaching and teaching and helping. And this is wonderful!!
There is a lot of work to do out there in the world and we need the help.
So what do you do if you can’t leave your job and just be a full-time life coach? What do you do when you feel called to higher service but your career isn’t about spiritual growth and inspiration? What if you work for a lawyer? (gasp!) Or a property developer or a hairdresser or a cog manufacturer? How do you reconcile your “job” with your desire to elevate and inspire others? How can you help the world when your job keeps you stuck in the mundane?
Here’s the truth! It doesn’t matter!
Energy is everything!
It doesn’t matter if you are a landscaper or a flooring salesman or an administrative assistant. It doesn’t matter if you are a mom or a stock trader or a pet sitter. It doesn’t matter “what” you are or do. It only matters “who” you are while doing it! What energy are you operating from??
If you want to uplift and inspire others, do it! Do it while roasting coffee and working in a bookstore or selling ads or editing medical journals. Infuse your every waking moment with the energy of uplifting others.
And use your voice. Be a thought leader wherever you go. If you are in a monthly book club or a study group for school or a moms club- bring your spirit with you. Don’t leave it at home. Elevate the conversations around you. Bring a smile and expect the best of people. Make it your focus to inspire everywhere you go.
Because we need light workers in EVERY FACET OF LIFE.
How different would life be if all the jobs held by “normal folks” were suddenly filled with change makers and coaches and spiritually minded beings looking to elevate and transform our experience on earth.
What if everyone you spoke to was engaged and plugged in and and focused on what’s great in the world??
What if we all brought our desire for
our highest good out of our personal spiritual work and into our everyday work? Could we be courageous enough to allow the beautiful open parts of ourselves to shine in our mundane workplaces??
That right there is the Universal Shift we all feel coming. It’s time to stand up. Be who you are here to be. Stop complaining and start inspiring! You don’t have to change ANYTHING in your life to be you. You will change the world by just bringing your positive A game wherever you go!
Keep working on yourself. You are doing great. You are the change we need in the world!!
Much love,
Penelope Pauley
