You cannot create what you want from a place of lack and dissatisfaction.

You cannot transform anything from a place of fear and trepidation.

You cannot elevate yourself from a place of anger and judgement.

These energies do not move you forward into a fuller expression of who you are. They pull you down and encourage pain and suffering. They create disillusionment not discovery.

If you are stuck in any of these energies your first job is to move through them. Feel the pain. Express the anger. Acknowledge the judgement. Then let them go. You cannot fight them. You love them away by loving yourself enough to resolve them.

You are worth it. You are here to create and transform and elevate your life and your voice in the world. We need you at your best. The world needs you. And as you evolve, the world joins you.

Each of us shifting little by little and bit by bit creates the change we seek in the world.
